Watch out for Will-O-Wisp! Purchase the $6.99 skill pack to support the developers. Some of the missions are a slog, but they are skippable now! After that, head online and collect the online skills! They are incredibly unique.
Play through the single player at least once, and avoid spoilers! The story is actually quite special. No more building an arsenal just to use 1 pointless skill to finish one mission. Failing a mission three times allows you to skip it entirely.
The load times are virtually non-existent now.

Phantom Dust for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC is a re-release of the original Xbox classic, adding full Xbox LIVE support, Xbox Play Anywhere, cross-device. Skills are generally one-shot once the skill is used, it is removed from the combatant’s loaded skills and lost for the rest of the match. Skills themselves fall into 5 Schools describing the type of damage or effect they do, and the amount of damage that they deal or protect against each School has general strengths and weaknesses to other Schools. Skills include both attack moves, defensive moves, restorative elements, and buff and debuffing skills. When a skill is used, the Aura is temporarily drained from the player but will recover slowly up to the maximum capacity. Games that are considered action are all about centering the player in the middle of an evolving situation. When you play Phantom Dust you will enjoy the following styles of play. The underground hub sections are dull, with little in the way of signposting or hand-holding to make the time spent there as small as possible. The players takes the role of the unnamed protagonist, an Esper that can control the Dust that covers the earth to use in combat. Phantom Dust is the very definition of a game of two halves. Phantom Dust is a video game that combines elements of third-person shooters with collectible card games.
